About the EBS Third Annual Gillette Stadium Event
The EBS Third Annual Gillette Stadium Event, in conjunction with the BlumShapiro HR practice, brings together HR professionals for a one-day discussion about the most pressing topics in the workplace. This year’s conversation focuses on workplace diversity.
WHY: At this year’s event, Kim Castelda, chief people officer for Bullhorn, the cloud computing company that helps staffing and recruiting organizations transform their businesses, will discuss the importance of creating diverse workplaces.
Entitled “Navigating a Culturally Diverse Workplace,” her session will detail how to harmonize worker preference in diverse organizations and offer strategies to increase diversity in workplaces. She’ll explain why the diversity conversation should still matter to executive leadership and how to accommodate varying employee onboarding, communication, and benefits preferences relevant to diverse employees. Jacquelyn James, co-director of The Center on Aging & Work at Boston College, and Amy Spurling, co-founder and CEO of Compt, will also join the conversation as panelists.
