Twenty-five years ago, Jeremy Langevin, Co-Founder and EVP at Horizontal Talent, started his career in the staffing industry. While the staffing industry has come a long way since career fairs and faxing resumes, one thing has stayed consistent — change. “The change that happened in the first ten years of my career was a good indicator of the change that was to come,” Langevin explained. “No one loves to change, but we realized if we move too slowly, we’re going to get passed by. I’d rather be more aggressive, take risks, and be on the leading edge rather than lagging behind and losing out on market share.”
