Salo Partners With Bullhorn to Nurture Current and New Talent
“We talk a lot about nurturing at Salo. We are working with Bullhorn and other partners to really engage and reconnect with folks that have been in the system for a while, as well as those that are new to us, and really figuring out a way to engage through targeted, smart, thoughtful campaigns.”
Kelsey Johnson, Operations Manager, IDR, Inc
IDR Uses VMS Sync and Bullhorn One to Support Their New Healthcare Division
“Healthcare is a division that we broke into in 2020 during the pandemic, and since then, we’ve really built out our credentials with VMS Sync. It’s been a game changer for our team in bringing in submissions for jobs as soon as they come in.”
Sam Rahbar, Director of Corporate Development, Jarvis Consulting
Since Transitioning to Bullhorn, Jarvis Has Seen Major Benefits
“We’re trying to provide extra value and not just be [candidates’] agency of choice, but rather their partner and consulting resource, so they’re not just coming to us to look for a new job but also to learn about what’s happening in the market.”
Rich Smith, Co-Founder, Atlas MedStaff
Atlas MedStaff’s Recruiters Use Bullhorn to Build Strong Relationships
“Because Bullhorn understands the relationship between the recruiter and the traveling healthcare professional, we can deliver better, happier employees to those hospitals. This makes our relationship with client hospitals that much stronger.”
Jamie Schwartz, CEO, Haley Stuart Group
Hayley Stuart Group Uses Bullhorn Automation to Efficiently Fill Roles
“During the pandemic, we were contacted by a large call center operation that needed to staff hundreds of people immediately. We were able to use Bullhorn Automation to really automate the outreach, the onboarding, all of the steps in the process, and really build a small recruiting team to respond to a large piece of business. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Bullhorn and without the automation technology.”
Creating a one-stop shop for your talent is critical. A portal that allows talent to begin their journey all the way through on assignment is key. Just like most of us, we do not want to go to multiple emails or sites to work with a company. The process should be streamlined and intuitive.
It all begins with relationship building and allowing the teams to have time to make the meaningful touch points. To help create the time, we looked to automation to help with the ‘task’ type of interactions.
There has to be a balance so that the new technology doesn't require more headcount to support it. The technology should improve internal effectiveness while delivering a great experience externally. This comes with having a portal, great onboarding tools, access to needed documentation, and self-service payroll/benefit information.
We are evaluating more automation to allow talent to self-serve as much as they would like. The current workforce covers a wide range of preferences for self-service, social media, in-person meetings, and we have to appeal to all.
We are always looking to improve our tech and touch areas from evaluation, engagement, and of course, redeployment. Our Bullhorn database is like a gold mine - we have to dig a little, but there is a lot of talent that can be found without leaving our system! And we have to be willing to consider potential and capability in a candidate that can be the right fit with some training rather than the perfect skill set out of the gate.
The current worker shortage will push all of us to build and maintain relationships more than ever. There are so many options out there for great talent to choose from - we all have to step up our game!
