Updates to Bullhorn ATS & CRM

Bullhorn ATS

Novo

  • Paycheck visibility: Bullhorn users leveraging PrismHR for payroll now have access to a general version of their candidate’s paycheck information through a tab on their candidate record. This update allows recruiters to provide candidates with basic paycheck-related information directly through the ATS without needing to send them to their payroll department, streamlining both the candidate and user experience. (Note: PrismHR will fully complete this feature by the end of April.) Clients that are using other integrated payroll providers can work with their providers to determine if their system has the ability to write back to our ATS. See the Product Release Portal for more details.
  • Resizable columns: Users can now resize columns on all Novo lists! Resized columns will “stick” for all main entity Novo list tables (e.g. Pay & Bill lists, tearsheets, etc.). This enhancement helps users to further customize their user interface.

Product updates for Bullhorn VMS Sync

Bullhorn VMS

VMS Sync

  • New VMS integration: We are excited to announce a new integration with Einstein2 v2. This integration, which was highly requested by VMS Sync users in the healthcare space, automates ATS job creation and updates.

Updates to Bullhorn Onboarding solutions

Bullhorn Onboarding

Onboarding365

  • Updated Tax Forms for 2023: Tax season is here! We have updated the following tax forms to the 2023 editions: Colorado, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and Nova Scotia.

Onboarding Talent Edition (formerly Able)

  • I-9 enhancements: We have added a number of I-9 Section 2 enhancements, including validating the authorized representative’s name against the candidate’s name to ensure the candidate is not completing their own section, as well as comparing the document number for the Social Security Card from List C with the SSN provided in Section 1. These enhancements will increase overall data accuracy and the efficient completion of I-9 forms. (For a complete list of enhancements, visit the Product Release Portal!)
  • Language management: Users can now provide a more personalized candidate experience by selecting language preferences for individual locations, including setting a default language or deleting a language option.

Enhancements to Bullhorn’s Pay & Bill functionality

Bullhorn Pay & Bill

  • Customer Required Fields: Customer-required fields will now leverage data entered by the candidate when entering their time to be included in billing. These fields, which contain unique information specific to the client (e.g. project codes or worksite numbers), will also be available for display on the invoice statement document. This update simplifies invoicing for users and gives clients a more comprehensive view during the invoicing process.
